  • Friday Happiness | Tojeiro: The famous Pizza Night now has more events, not only on Fridays. :)

  • Wakepark Lagos Events | Lagos | A cool location for sports, fun, and drinks with various events, such as markets, jam sessions and live music. With a chill-out area and great outdoor space, it's a place to hang out with various events all summer long.

  • Mercado de Culturas à Luz das Velas | July 3–6, 2025, Lagoa | This cultural market illuminates the streets with thousands of candles, showcasing world heritage themes. Enjoy concerts, street performances, and a variety of food and drink stalls.

  • Afro Nation | July 9–11, 2025, Praia da Rocha in Portimão | Dance on the beach to the sounds of Afrobeats, hip-hop, R&B, dancehall, and more — with top international artists, beach parties, and unforgettable summer vibes.

  • Festival da Sardinha | August 5–10, 2025, Portimão | A tribute to the beloved sardine at Portimão's riverside. Besides grilled sardines, traditional Algarve salads, regional sweets, and crafts, each evening features live music performances, for a more festive ambiance.


  • Love Riot | August 9, 2025, Salema | Think glamping, cocktails, fine wine, beer, nudest beaches, tree hugging, dance offs and more. Featuring House Music Hero Jeremy Healy making his Portuguese debut alongside Bang Bang Club & Love Riot resident Ry Spenceley plus The Godfather of partying in The Algarve Toby One, and special guests.

  • Mar Me Quer Festival | August 13–15, 2025, Portimão | This festival combines music with environmental awareness. Enjoy performances from artists like Dillaz and Da Weasel amidst decorations crafted from recycled ocean materials. ​

  • Fatacil | August 22–31, Lagoa | This annual fair showcases regional crafts, gastronomy, and live entertainment, making it a staple in the Algarve's summer calendar.


  • Banho 29 | August 29, Algarve | A traditional event where locals and visitors take a nocturnal dip in the sea, accompanied by festivities and celebrations along the coast.

  • Carvoeiro Beach Party | August 30, Carvoeiro Beach | This event is part of the festivities honouring the patron saint of Carvoeiro. With free admission and the Portuguese DJs, including the Algarvian Pete Tha Zouk, will transform the iconic Carvoeiro Beach into a gigantic seaside dance floor, from 7 pm until 3 am.
