Joyride Test Tour Terms and Conditions 1. Participant Requirements: 1.1 Participants must have completed 18 years of age. 1.2 Participants must hold a valid A or B driver's license 1.3 Participants must be physically fit and in good health to undertake the tour. 1.4 Participants are responsible for their own safety and must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the tour guide. 2. Safety Guidelines: 2.1 Participants must wear the provided safety gear, including helmets and any additional protective equipment. 2.2 Participants must follow the tour guide's instructions at all times. 2.3 Previous motorbike experience is not required to pilot the type of bikes used in the Joyride Algarve Tours. 2.4 Sobriety Requirement: Participants must undertake the tour with a clear and sober mind. Consumption of alcohol or any intoxicating substances before or during the tour is strictly prohibited. The tour guide reserves the right to deny participation to individuals who appear to be under the influence. The safety of all participants is paramount, and riding under the influence poses serious risks to oneself and others on the tour. Participants failing to meet this requirement may be excluded from the tour without a refund. 3. Insurance: 3.1 The personal accidents and civil responsilibity insurance is covered. 4. Liability Waiver: 4.1 By joining Joyride Algarve Surron Tour, you acknowledge there are risks associated with adventure tourism, like accidents or injuries, involved in biking off-road with electric vehicles. In exchange for being allowed to take part in the tour, you agree not to sue Joyride Algarve or its staff if something goes wrong. This includes accidents or injuries that might happen during the tour. You agree not to hold Joyride Algarve, its staff, or anyone involved in the tour responsible for any harm or damage that might occur. 5. Photos and Videos Photos may be taken during our tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of these photos on our website and marketing materials.
